Some edits on the Pilot

I've just uploaded a new version of the Pilot of the RadX Orphans. 

What did I change?

Not much, really. After some tests, I found out that the "Power Overflow" mechanics was not working as intended. I put it out of just the "Miss" result, and now any 6 will make the Tone of the Power overflow the scene, if the power is used. I'll get back on this feature in a futur post.

I've also revamped the Matrix. Each subtable is now labeled with a title, that could serve as a framework for the scenario of that pilot. Play the scenes in the order to follow it (the Agency, then the Escape to the Fifteen Bells district, and so on...) or just try rolling 2d6 and see where it goes. The idea is to get future Matrix blocks (1d6 elements), each with a theme/title.
